Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposits - A $30 nonrefundable deposit is required for new clients and select services. - Deposits are applied toward your total at checkout. Cancellations & Reschedules - Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. - Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit deposits and may be subject to a fee. Fills - A standard fill is every 2–3 weeks. Appointments outside of 3 weeks may be charged as a full set. - Foreign fills are accepted but require an initial lash health assessment. Lash Health & Safety - The artist reserves the right to refuse service if lashes are not deemed healthy enough. - A patch test is available upon request for clients concerned about sensitivities. - Please arrive with clean lashes — no mascara or strip lash residue. Age Requirement - Clients must be 18 or older, or have parental consent for services.
